  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via cash on delivery adjustments or as per the agreed method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Items purchased outside official Jayle Tap platforms are also not eligible.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. Customers may place a new order for the desired item.
